As a practitioner, Cathy  believes in a collaborative and empowering approach to acupuncture treatment, utilising the ancient system of Chinese medicine to identify causative factors of ill health and imbalance, thus restoring balance to the body and, ultimately, providing tools to the individual to maintain wellness.
